浙江亿嘉旺钢管有限公司成立于2017年，坐落于风景秀丽、交通便利的丽水市松阳县不锈钢工业园区，是一家集不锈钢厚壁管研发、生产加工及销售于一体的现代化企业。公司注册资本1580万元，厂房占地8000余平方米，现有员工100余人，其中技术骨干20余人，配备10条专业生产线，年产不锈钢管达万吨。作为核心优势，公司在厚壁管生产领域技术突出，管壁最大直径可达325mm，厚度5mm-60mm，能充分满足各类高强度工程需求。

公司深耕技术升级与设备革新，目前拥有10T-250T冷拔机组生产线，及LG280H型、LG220H型、LG120H型、LG100H型、LG90型、LD60型等15台冷轧生产线，为高效生产提供坚实保障。同时，配备力学试验、超声波探伤、涡流探伤、水压试验等全套检测工序，并引进德国进口光谱仪及配套理化分析设施，从原料到成品实现全流程质量管控，确保产品性能稳定可靠。

产品体系涵盖410、420、430、431、416、630、304、316L、317、347H、310S、2205、2507、904L、S32001、9Cr18等多系列不锈钢无缝管，规格覆盖（38mm-325mm）OD×（1mm-50mm）WT×（100mm-18000mm）LONG，可根据客户需求定制特殊材质与规格，灵活适配石油、海油、化工、医药机械、航天航空、核电、造船、高压锅炉、热交换器、压力容器、冷凝器、水利、电液、汽车、仪表、电热等多领域场景。

Founded in 2017, Zhejiang Yijiawang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is located in the scenic and easily accessible Songyang Stainless Steel Industrial Park, Lishui City. It is a modern enterprise integrating R&D, production, processing and sales of stainless steel thick-walled pipes. With a registered capital of 15.8 million yuan, the company covers an area of over 8,000 square meters, employs more than 100 people (including over 20 technical backbones), and is equipped with 10 professional production lines, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of stainless steel pipes. As a core advantage, the company excels in thick-walled pipe production, with the maximum pipe diameter reaching 325mm and wall thickness ranging from 5mm to 60mm, fully meeting the needs of various high-strength engineering projects.

The company is committed to technological upgrading and equipment innovation. It currently has 10T-250T cold-drawing unit production lines and 15 cold-rolling production lines (including models LG280H, LG220H, LG120H, LG100H, LG90, LD60, etc.), providing solid support for efficient production. Additionally, it is equipped with a full set of testing procedures such as mechanical testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, eddy current flaw detection, and water pressure testing. It has also introduced German imported spectrometers and supporting physical and chemical analysis facilities to realize full-process quality control from raw materials to finished products, ensuring stable and reliable product performance.

The product range includes multiple series of stainless steel seamless pipes such as 410, 420, 430, 431, 416, 630, 304, 316L, 317, 347H, 310S, 2205, 2507, 904L, S32001, 9Cr18, etc. The specifications cover (38mm-325mm) OD × (1mm-50mm) WT × (100mm-18000mm) LONG. Customization of special materials and specifications is available according to customer needs, flexibly adapting to scenarios in petroleum, offshore oil, chemical industry, pharmaceutical machinery, aerospace, nuclear power, shipbuilding, high-pressure boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, condensers, water conservancy, electro-hydraulics, automobiles, instruments, electric heating, etc.
