浙江宏盛特钢有限公司主要从事各种超长、超薄、超厚或超大口径等特殊用途不锈钢管(无缝）和镍基合金管制造厂家，公司座落在丽水市松阳不锈钢管生产基地。产品主要用于石化工程、生物工程、热交换器、海水淡化、机械制造、造船、造纸、建筑等领域。

   公司主导产品有大口径不锈钢钢管、不锈钢厚壁管和薄壁不锈钢管（无缝），在浙江省钢管行业内有较高的知名度。独特的大口径生产技术，在外径及壁厚公差的控制上远超过GB/T14976、ASTM A312、EN10216-5 D3\T3等标准。公司产品原料来自华新丽华 永兴特钢 青山 太钢 上钢五厂等国内大型钢厂，并经进口直读光谱仪进行检测，严格控制每一道生产工序，始终致力于向质量工作。

Zhejiang Hongsheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer mainly for various special-purpose stainless steel pipes (seamless) and nickel-base alloy pipes such as ultra-long, ultra-thin, ultra-thick or ultra-large-caliber pipes; the company is located in Lishui Songyang Stainless Steel Pipes Production Base. Its products are mainly used in such fields as petrochemical engineering, bio-engineering, heat exchangers, seawater desalting, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, papermaking and construction, etc.

    With a registered capital of 10 million Yuan and fixed assets of 50 million Yuan, the company has strong technology and advanced production equipments including 820mm broachers; currently, it has 128 employees (8 technical experts including senior engineers), produces 5,000 tons of stainless steel seamless pipes, and has successfully passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification. In 2011, the large-caliber thin-walled stainless steel pipes (seamless) of Grade 0Cr18Ni9 and Size 630mm*6.5mm produced by the company passed the special equipment test of the State Oil Drilling and Refining Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center with a certificate numbered TSX 71004320110063, representing our domestically leading position in large-caliber thin-walled stainless steel pipes (seamless) production technology, and in the same year, we also obtained the national A2 (1) and B (2) special equipment manufacturing license (pressure piping components) numbered TS2710T63-2015. The unique large-caliber production technology goes far beyond such standards as GB/T14976, ASTM A312 and EN10216-5 D3\T3, etc. in terms of the control of outer diameter and wall thickness tolerance. Raw materials of the company’s products are from such large domestic steel mills as Huaxin Lihua, Yongxing Special Steel, Qingshan, Tisco and Shanghai Steels Mill V, etc. and have been detected by imported direct-reading spectrograph; the company strictly controls every production process and has always been committed to quality work.
