为践行国家双碳战略，打造循环经济示范工厂，生产基地建设有固溶炉余热回收系统，实现了全流程清洁生产并创建了数字中控中心，通过ERP+MES系统，将吨钢能耗减少了18%。龙东公司现有专业研发团队十余人，其中高级工程师1人，中级工程师5余人，通过不懈的努力，我们已获得6项省级认证工业新产品，多项自主知识产权。2024年，质检部配备万能试验机、水压试验机、超声波探伤仪、涡流探伤仪、手持式直读光谱仪等现代化测验设备，严格把控原材料品质，监控生产过程，把关成品质量。

Lishui Longdong Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.with a registered capital of 50.8 million yuan, the company covers a factory area of 16,169.6 square meters, including 11,000 square meters of factory land. The company is located in Chishou Industrial Park, Songyang County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, which is known as "Beautiful Lishui, Green Valley of Zhejiang".

The company’s business scope includes the manufacturing, processing, and sales of stainless steel products and stainless steel materials. It specializes in producing seamless stainless steel pipes, with a complete range of specifications for various steel grades, and adheres to the principle of "quality first". Longdong currently has a professional R&D team of over 10 people, including 1 senior engineer and more than 5 intermediate engineers. Through unremitting efforts, we have obtained 6 provincially certified new industrial products and multiple independent intellectual property rights. In 2024, the Quality Inspection Department is equipped with modern testing equipment such as universal testing machines, water pressure testing machines, ultrasonic flaw detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, and handheld direct-reading spectrometers, strictly controlling the quality of raw materials, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the quality of finished products.
