浙江华鸣不锈钢有限公司成立于2007年，位于浙江丽水松阳工业园区，龙丽高速公路穿境而过交通便捷。不锈钢管年产能力8000吨。公司主营不锈钢无缝管，产品规格为：外径6-530mm*壁厚1.0-40.0mm；不锈钢换热管，产品规格为：外径6-219mm*壁厚1.0-12.0mm。长度1000-14000mm。主要生产奥氏体不锈钢304、304L、310S、316L、316Ti、317L、321、347、904L；双相钢2205、2507。广泛应用于石油、化工化纤、食品医药、机械、冶炼、航天航空、造纸造船、环保、锅炉、热交换器、压力容器、电力等领域。生产线上配备了冷拔机、冷轧机、天然气高温固溶处理炉、密闭式酸洗设备、矫直机、超声UT涡流ET探伤机一体机等生产检测设备。现在持有特种设备制造许可证(压力管道元件)A、B级，并通过ISO9001:2015国家质量体系认证，浙江制造认证，高新技术企业认证，两化融合管理体系认证，中国船级社认证等。2022年以来，公司开始建设MES、ERP设施，实现了智慧内控管理，生产进度实时查询，走入了数字服务时代。

The company boasts an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of stainless steel pipes.The company primarily manufactures:Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes: (OD)6-530mm * (WT)1.0-40.0mm.Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Tubes: (OD) 6-219mm * (WT) 1.0-12.0mm.The length for products is 1000-14000mm.Primary materials produced include austenitic stainless steels such as 304, 304L, 310S, 316L, 316Ti, 317L, 321, 347, 904L, and duplex steels 2205 and 2507. These products are widely used in petroleum, chemical & chemical fiber, food & pharmaceutical, machinery, metallurgy, aerospace, papermaking & shipbuilding, environmental protection, boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, power generation, and other fields.The production line is equipped with various manufacturing and testing equipment, including cold drawing machines, cold rolling mills, natural gas high-temperature solid solution treatment furnaces, enclosed acid pickling equipment, straightening machines, and combined ultrasonic (UT) / eddy current (ET) flaw detection machines.The company currently holds the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Pressure Piping Components) Grade A and B, and has achieved certifications including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, "Zhejiang Manufacturing" (representing high standards in Zhejiang), High-Tech Enterprise certification, Integrated Industrialization and Informatization Management System certification, and China Classification Society (CCS) certification.
