公司现拥有LB冷拔机组生产线80条（其中LG-60-H冷轧机组生产10条、LG-30-H冷轧机组生产线70条），并配备全自动UT/ET探伤设备、水压试验机组、万能材料试验机、冲击试验设备、液压拉床等先进检测仪器，确保产品品质符合国际标准。主营304、316L、2205、2507、904L、32168等材质换热器管，可生产外径14-63mm、壁厚1-6mm、长度500-35000mm的多种规格产品。

Zhejiang Julong Special Materials Group Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of high-end stainless steel heat exchanger tubes. Founded in 2022, the company has a registered capital of 108.88 million yuan, covers an area of 70 mu, and has a modern factory area of over 40,000 square meters. It has invested in the construction of a 30,000-ton high-end stainless steel heat exchanger tube production project annually. Its subsidiary, Zhejiang Julong Steel Industry Co., Ltd., was established in 2008, covering an area of 26 mu, with a total construction area of over 15,000 square meters and a registered capital of 22.28 million yuan. It has profound industry experience and technological accumulation.

The company currently has 80 LB cold drawing production lines (including 10 LG-60-H cold rolling production lines and 70 LG-30-H cold rolling production lines), and is equipped with advanced detection instruments such as fully automatic UT/ET flaw detectors, water pressure testing machines, universal material testing machines, impact testing equipment, and hydraulic lathes, ensuring that product quality meets international standards. It mainly produces heat exchanger tubes of materials such as 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, and 32168, and can produce various specifications of products with outer diameters ranging from 14 to 63mm, wall thicknesses from 1 to 6mm, and lengths from 500 to 35,000mm.
