浙江博盛钢业集团有限公司始创于 20 世纪 80 年代，作为国家认定的专精特新 “小巨人” 企业，公司坐落于 “中国长寿之乡”“历史文化名城”—— 丽水市松阳县余姚山海协作园，注册资金 20088 万元，专注于不锈钢无缝钢管、焊管、光亮管及特种合金管的研发与制造，形成集高端管材生产、技术研发、市场服务于一体的现代化集团企业。

 公司配备现代化产线，实现全流程线上管控，年产能达 3.5 万吨，产品涵盖奥氏体不锈钢、双相钢、超级双相钢、镍基合金等特种材质，其中高强耐候不锈钢材料、不锈钢电解抛光管（EP 管）等核心技术产品已应用于海洋船舶、半导体、空分设备、核工业等高端领域，BA 管、超级双相钢管等高附加值产品出口占比持续提升且技术指标达国际先进水平。

 在技术研发与资质认证方面，公司拥有经 CNAS 认可的国家级实验室，与哈尔滨工业大学共建产学研基地并设立省级博士后工作站，公司持有涵盖无缝管、焊管及管件的统一特种设备压力许可证，还获得了多家船级社的认证（ABS、BV、DNV、CCS等）。

 在国内市场，通过中石油、中海油、中广核、中能建、赛鼎工程、东华工程、成达工程等石化、核电、水电合格供应商入网准入，产品符合国内外标准。并通过国内大型集团链接全球。

 海外市场布局上，公司深耕中东、韩国等成熟市场，成功开拓南美、澳大利亚等新兴市场，服务全球多终端客户，以无缝管、焊管为基础，高附加值特种管材出口占比超 30%，并通过全周期服务实现客户复购率超 70%。

Zhejiang Bosheng Steel Group Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1980s. As a "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and novel products recognized by the state, the company is located in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. With a registered capital of 200.88 million yuan , it focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of stainless steel seamless pipes, welded pipes, bright pipes and special alloy pipes, forming a modern group enterprise integrating high-end pipe production, technical R&D and market services.

 Equipped with modern production lines and realizing full-process online control, the company has an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons. Its products cover special materials such as austenitic stainless steel, duplex steel, super duplex steel and nickel-based alloy. Among them, core technical products such as high-strength weather-resistant stainless steel materials and stainless steel electrolytic polished pipes (EP pipes) have been applied in high-end fields such as marine ships, semiconductors, air separation equipment and nuclear industry. The export proportion of high value-added products such as BA pipes and super duplex steel pipes has been continuously increasing, and their technical indicators have reached the international advanced level.

In terms of technical R&D and qualification certification, the company has a national laboratory accredited by CNAS, has established an industry-university-research base with Harbin Institute of Technology and set up a provincial post-doctoral workstation. It holds a unified special equipment pressure license covering seamless pipes, welded pipes and pipe fittings, and has also obtained certifications from many classification societies (ABS, BV, DNV, CCS, LR，PED，EAC，ASME、Norsok M-650 etc.).

In the domestic market, the company has obtained access qualifications as a qualified supplier for petrochemical, nuclear power and hydropower industries through Sinopec，CNPC, CNOOC, CNNC, CEEC,  etc. Its products comply with domestic and international standards and are connected to the global market through large domestic groups.

In terms of overseas market layout, the company has deeply cultivated mature markets such as the Middle East and South Korea, and successfully developed emerging markets such as South America and Australia. It serves multiple global end customers (such as Petrobras, ADSB, NMDC, etc.). Based on seamless pipes and welded pipes, the export proportion of high value-added special pipes exceeds 30%, and the customer repurchase rate exceeds 70% through full-cycle services.

 Adhering to the tenet of "being a global pipeline safety expert for equipment", the company has established a three-dimensional R&D system and practiced green manufacturing through multiple management system certifications.
