浙江宝丰特材股份有限公司，坐落于浙江松阳县，创立于2000年初，注册资金1.58亿元，占地面积30万平方米，现有员工1000余人是国内最大的不锈钢盘管生产企业和最大的不锈钢管道制造企业之一。公司致力于不锈钢和高温镍基合金管材料研究、开发、制造加工、材料推广和销售，产品涵盖无缝管、焊接管、换热管、盘管和精密仪表管等。

Baofeng Steel Group Co.,Ltd. located in Songyang County, Zhejiang Province, was established in early 2000 with a registered capital of 158 million yuan, covering an area of 300,000 square meters, and has more than 1000 employees. It is the largest stainless steel coil tube manufacturer and one of the largest stainless steel pipe manufacturers in China. Baofeng is committed to the research, development, manufacturing, processing, promotion and sales of stainless steel and high-temperature nickel alloy，and products cover seamless pipes, welded pipe, heat exchange tubes, coil tubes, precision instrument tubes and etc.

  Baofeng specializes in producing High-temperature Nickel Alloy, Austenite, Super Austenite, Duplex, Super Duplex Steel and etc. The company has production lines with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons of seamless pipes (hot piercing, cold drawing, and cold rolling), 20,000 tons of welded pipes, 30,000 tons of heat exchange tubes, and 10,000 tons of coil tubes. The products can be manufactured based on customers’ needs according to GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN and other standards, including seamless pipes (Φ6mm~Φ820mm*0.5mm~70mm), welded pipes (Φ8mm~Φ3000*0.5mm~80mm), and precision coil tubes (Φ3~Φ42*0.5mm~4mm).

The company has a leading laboratory team in China, and has obtained CNAS certificate. Additionally, the company has a top-tier technical team that has independently developed technologies such as automatic floating internal mold thickness reduction, coil drawing diameter reduction, and online internal and external surface cleaning. These advancements address the length limitations of small-diameter steel pipes and employ bright solid solution and vacuum solid solution treatment equipment to solve the issue of inadequate acid cleaning for the inner surfaces of ultra-long, small-diameter tubes. This innovation fills a domestic gap and replaces imported solutions.   Baofeng has effectively strengthened quality management and established complete quality management system, and earlier passed ISO9001 quality control system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational safety and health management system in China. And the company earlier obtained the“Special Equipment License (A,B) certificate” issued by the State Quality Supervision, Inspection and quarantine.It was also the earliest in its industry in China to obtain the PED97/23/EC Certification, API certification, and GOST certification.
