公司于2008年初创建于温州，2021年股改组建集团公司，下辖8家子公司。距今已有16年的发展历程。现集团公司扎根于松阳与温州两地，总占地150亩，分布全国各地职工人数300余人，其中科研人员为27位，各项专利30余件。主营生产销售不锈钢厚壁管和密封件等系列产品。

2016年响应松阳招商引资号召果断转型，并入驻松阳经济开发区，经过有效的公司治理和经营发展，先后获得了国家高新技术企业、“浙江制造”品字标企业、省科技型企业、县制造业企业二十强、“两化融合”企业、质量信得过单位和重合同守信用企业等多项荣誉，已逐步成长为一家具有创新研发、安全环保、高效管理、精益生产和专精高端应用领域市场拓展等优秀综合能力的不锈钢制造企业。

Founded in Wenzhou in early 2008, the company completed shareholding restructuring and established a group enterprise in 2021 with eight wholly-owned subsidiaries under its umbrella, marking a 16-year development journey to date. Rooted in both Songyang and Wenzhou at present, the group covers a total land area of 150 mu, employs over 300 staff across the country including 27 R&D specialists, and holds more than 30 authorized patents. It specializes in the manufacture and sale of a full portfolio of products such as thick-walled stainless steel tubes and sealing components.

In 2016, answering Songyang’s investment promotion initiative, the enterprise underwent strategic transformation and settled in Songyang Economic Development Zone. Thanks to sound corporate governance and steady operational expansion, it has earned numerous accolades including National High-tech Enterprise, Zhejiang Made Certification Enterprise, Zhejiang Sci-tech Small & Medium-sized Enterprise, Top 20 Local Manufacturing Enterprises of Songyang County, Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Certified Enterprise, Trustworthy Quality Entity, and Contract-abiding & Creditworthy Enterprise. In 2023, the group consolidated its eight subsidiaries into a headquarters-centered economic entity. In alignment with Zhejiang’s Sweet Potato Economy 3.0 strategy, it officially settled in Chishou Ecological Industrial Park, Songyang County, Lishui City. Adopting standardized group-based management, the enterprise follows the core philosophy of “extending industrial vines nationwide while anchoring its root firmly in Lishui to bolster robust core development”, striving to build an industry benchmark.
